We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

HCM Product Return and Warranty Policy

To provide a high-quality service experience, HCM hereby announces the return and warranty policy applicable to all its products:

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Service

  • Users can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The return or exchange application must meet the following conditions:
    1. The product and accessories (such as packaging box, manual, etc.) should remain intact and undamaged.
    2. Provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number, receipt, etc.).
  • If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, HCM will cover the round-trip shipping cost.

2. Standard Warranty Policy

  • All HCM products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (based on valid proof of purchase).
  • The warranty covers repairs or replacements due to product quality issues, but the following situations are not covered:
    1. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or unauthorized disassembly.
    2. Damage due to force majeure (such as natural disasters).
    3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

3. Extended Warranty for the First 1000 Users

  • The first 1000 users who purchase HCM products, with a valid order number, will enjoy an additional 1-year extended warranty for free, totaling 2 years of warranty.
  • The extended warranty scope is consistent with the standard warranty.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
